Elm

There is a type of person associated with Elm, Bach wrote, ‘ Those who are doing good work, are following their calling and hope to do something of importance, and this often for the benefit of humanity. At times there may be feelings of depression when they feel the task they have undertaken is too difficult.’
Elm is a temporary state of mind arising out of our responsibilities seeming too burdensome and feeling overwhelmed by a sense of inadequacy. Exhaustion due to constant efforts to perform, a feeling of not being able to keep up or that responsibilities are getting too much are ways in which this state of mind can manifest.
